1672 Dutch Concordance - Abraham Trommius - Signed - 3 Vols. in Contemporary Vellum - $799.95

Three volume set of The Trommius--Abraham Trommius's Volkomene nederlandsche concordanti oft woord-register des ouden en nieuwen testaments, printed in 1672, 1685, and 1691, respectively. First volume Signed by scholar and theologian Abraham Trommius (1633-1719), its compiler. 

For all volumes:  Boards are warping with rubbing/bumping to edges and corners and a good bit of soiling/smudging to vellum. Pages lightly rippled but unmarked. Bindings are sound.

1. New Testament: Johannes Purmerent, 1672: Signed by Trommius beneath dedication. Splitting to vellum at joints at head and tail of spine. Previous owner's name at top of verso page opposite dedication. Split starting to show between first few gatherings, but binding is still holding soundly. 

2. Old Testament, Vol 1:  Split to vellum along second-from-bottom raised band extending an inch into front board. Some tearing to top of front pastedown endpaper, with a dampstain along top page edge effecting the first few pages. Previous owner's inscription at top of an initial page, otherwise pages are unmarked. 

3. Old Testament, Vol 2:  Split to vellum down front hinge from top to second raised band, with some outward tugging to head of spine, and a few other small cracks to vellum. Spine a bit cocked. Previous owner's inscription at top of an initial page, otherwise pages are unmarked.
