What we buy

We buy gently used books and scratch-free records, CDs, Blu-Rays, and DVDs. We check all items against our current inventory and for condition. We're always on the lookout for records and classical and jazz CDs. We're also interested in rare books and music—first editions/pressings, signed copies, limited editions, and other hard-to-find items.

We Don't Buy

We do not buy textbooks, encyclopedias, book club editions, ex-library discards, Time Life books, Harlequin Romances, Reader's Digest editions, magazines, VHS tapes, 78 records, or video games. As mentioned above, we're very picky about condition on records and discs, and only buy scratch-free copies to assure the quality of our stock. But again, this also means we pay more for what we are interested in.

Estates & Collections

If you have a large collection or estate in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, we can often come to you to take a look. Just give us a call and talk to one of our head buyers to discuss what you have and where you are located, and we'll see what we can do.

Local Music

Proud supporters of Denton's local music scene, we're always happy to work with local artists to stock their albums in our Local Music section. Call or stop in to talk with our Local Music manager to get your music on our shelves.
